Return & Exchange
Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of invoice or from the date you received your order. Simply fill out the Online Return Form and Deliver the item(s) back to us. Our Return & Exchange Policy applies for all products in the unlikely occurrence of the following:
- Replacement for defective item(s) received
- Replacement for incorrect item(s) received
- Exchange your item for different size or color
- Different to image on our official online store
- Others, if any (subject to approval)
Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer.
