Additional Notes
- The delivery charge for your order will be calculated and displayed at the 'Checkout Page'.
- Minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers code have been applied.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 - 48 hours period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods.
- Appointment for store pickup has to be schedule 1 day in advance.
- Propstation is able to hold your order for a maximum of 3 Months from the earliest date that your order can be delivered from our showroom.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of invoice or from the date you received your order. Simply fill out the Online Return Form and Deliver the item(s) back to us. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies for all products in the unlikely occurrence of the following:
- Replacement for defective item(s) received
- Replacement for incorrect item(s) received
- Exchange your item for different size or color
- Different to image on our official online store
- Others, if any (subject to approval)
Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer.
