1. Overview

At Propstation, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. We hope that you will love your items as much as we enjoyed creating them for you.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we invite you to review our Return & Exchange Policy. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the following terms:

1.1 Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Returns Policy:

1.2 Definitions

  • Company: (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Propstation, 408B Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427635.
  • Items: refer to the products offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders: mean a request by you to purchase items from us.
  • Service: refers to the website.
  • Website: refers to Propstation, accessible from https://www.propstation.online
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

All Return and Exchange must be postmarked within three (3) days from the date on which you received the items or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered (subject to Return and Exchange Eligibility below).

Please ensure that your items do not fall under the list of Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable items.

The item remains under your care before it gets back to us. Please do ensure that utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us.

Policy exclusions are applicable during promotional periods.

3. Conditions for Return

3.1 Return Options

You can choose one of the following Return options:

  • Replacement for defective item(s) received
  • Replacement for incorrect item(s) received
  • Exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to stock availability)

3.2 Return Eligibility

Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

  • Within three (3) days after delivery
  • New condition and unused
  • Tags intact and attached to the items
  • Items still in its original packaging
  • Completed the Online Return Form
  • Items are packed neatly and securely, together with the invoice attached
  • Items are not marked as “Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable” (indicated on the product page)

3.3 Return Rejection

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted
  • Items under these conditions and/or marked as Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable will be rejected and delivered back to you
  • Items that are used, altered, washed, assembled and not in their original packaging with tag not intact

Propstation reserves the right to refuse/reject returns of any items that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

4. Exceptions

4.1 Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • Bespoke Plants Category: Any customize items
  • Bedding Category: Bed Pillows & Pillowcases, Bedsheets, Quilts & Duvet Covers
  • Bathroom Category: Bath Rugs & Mats, Towels
  • Home Furnishing: All items
  • Sale Category: All items

5. Damaged & Incorrect Items

5.1 Received Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your items arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please request for a replacement by dropping us an email HERE with the following details within 24 Hours of arrival:

  • Order Number
  • The matter of the issue (e.g. incorrect/damaged items)
  • The product code found on the product tag or product packaging
  • Pictures or videos, whichever applicable

Please note that we won’t be able to process an exchange if we are not notified about a damaged item within 24 hours of arrival, please check your items on arrival.

6. Return Pick Up & Redelivery Items

6.1 Return Methods & Return Redelivery

You will be responsible for both Return Pick Up & Redelivery Fees for return and exchange items. You will Not Be Charged for Redelivery / Return Pick Up Fees for damaged and incorrect items. Check the available method:

7. Refund

7.1 Refund Lead Times

Check this guide to know the estimated refund lead times based on your original payment method:

  • 3 working days lead time +
  • 7 - 14 working days for your refund to be reflected on your credit / debit card

FavePay

Credit / Debit Card

  • 1 - 2 working days lead time +
  • 3 - 5 working days for your refund to be reflected on your credit / debit card

PayPal

  • 1 - 2 working days lead time +
  • 3 - 5 working days for your refund to be reflected in your paypal account or on your credit / debit card

Google Pay

  • 1 - 2 working days lead time +
  • 3 - 5 working days for your refund to be reflected in your google pay account

Apple Pay

  • 1 - 2 working days lead time +
  • 3 - 5 working days for your refund to be reflected in your apple pay account

PayNow

  • 1 - 2 working days lead time +

7.2 Refund Amount

As delivery is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all Delivery Fees are Non-Refundable, and there is a Restocking Fee at 18% of the price you paid for the items. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:

Final Paid Price - Delivery Fee - Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount

All Refund will be returned to your original payment method upon purchase except PayNow. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

8. Return Process

  • All we need from you is to fill in our Online Return Form and wait for our customer service representative to get back to you within 1 - 3 working days with the best available timing for us to pick up the item. Please be reminded that returns with items that do not meet the Return Eligibility conditions will be rejected.
  • After the items is returned to our warehouse, your refund will be processed and you will receive an Email Notification. Please note that it takes 7 - 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. However, for some banks, it will only reflect in your next monthly statement.

    9. Additional Information

    • Propstation reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our showroom
    • Ensure that return details given are correct and complete Voucher codes cannot be reissued if you return your order. Meaning, you will not be able to use the same voucher code for another order if the promotion has ended
    • If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded
    • Propstation reserve the right to change our policies anytime without prior notice
