Propstation ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://propstation.shop) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1.1 Making a Purchase
To make purchases on Propstation Online Store you have an option to 'Checkout As Guest'; however, we strongly suggest you 'Create An Account' for faster checkout and to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
1.2 How To Place An Order
Follow this simple steps to place your order:
- Step 1: From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product.
- Step 2: Add the product to your 'Shopping Cart'. You can either continue shopping, or if you are settled on purchasing your item(s), click on the bag icon on the top right corner and click 'View Shopping Cart'.
- Step 3: Once you have checked on your product order details, click on 'Checkout'.
- Step 4: At the Checkout page, you will be prompted to indicate your shipping/billing information and also your preferred payment mode. Select a shipping method and a payment method and enter all details required on the page.
- Step 5: Check on all information you entered is correct and click 'Buy Now'. After checking out, you will receive a confirmation email as well as your order details in your email.
1.3 Order Confirmation
Upon checking out, you will be given your order number. At this point, the order is not confirmed yet as we need to first run security and finance checks. Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you. The email contains:

2. Change or Cancel An Order

All online order payment made in Propstation, has to be processed before the order confirmation. Payment are processed securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. During the payment process Propstation may perform date checks. This process has the following stages:
Our payment provider will checks with your bank card issuer to make sure the card is valid. If the card is valid and has enough funds, then the issuer authorises the payment. No funds are transferred at this stage.
After your order payment is authorised, the payment has to be captured. When a payment is captured, details about the payment are sent to the acquirer.
The acquirer reviews the payment details, and then requests the necessary funds from the company that processes your bank card. However, the clearing is only triggered once Propstation has actually completed the transaction (shipping the order).
If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order. If the card transaction is not approved your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this. Your card will be charged in Singapore Dollar SGD.
Based on the outcome thereof Propstation may change, adjust or decline an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases Propstation will offer you the option to select a different payment method.
