1. What Is Shipping?

Shipping refers to the date on which the order package has been pick-up by our delivery courier partner and leaves our warehouse to the distribution center.

2. What Is Delivery?

Delivery refers to the date on which the order package is out for delivery and will arrive at customer's doorstep. However, this date is usually a general estimation since it’s uncontrollable by Propstation and can be delayed by unforeseen circumstances.

- The delivery charge for your order will be calculated and displayed at the 'Checkout Page'.
- The minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.
- Our Standard Delivery time is Monday to Friday, between 10am - 10pm.
- Due to peak periods and public holidays, there will be slight changes in the delivery time.

4. Where Do We Deliver To?

We deliver to orders islandwide within Singapore. All orders will be delivered to either your home or an alternative address stated during checkout. In checkout you can change the delivery address or add a new address.

6. How If I Missed The Delivery?

If you missed to received your item during the first delivery attempt at your doorstep, no worries - we provide up to 1 FREE delivery attempts to ensure your parcels arrive safely in your hands.

Alternatively, you can request for leave at door delivery when our delivery personnel contacts you.

7. What Should I Do If I Received An Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s)?

Do email us immediately at hello@propstation.shop along with your Order Number and we’ll get it sorted out for you.

8. How To Track My Order Status?
