3. Shipping Process and Time Frame
All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Processing Time Frame: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging will be within 24 - 48 hours.
- Shipping Time Frame: It will take 2 - 4 days (depending on product item) for your order to be shipped out to our delivery courier.
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code and link for you to keep tab on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!
4. Delivery Process and Time Frame
- All delivery process will take place between Monday to Friday within normal business hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- Cut-off timing for processing delivery of daily orders is set at 4pm. New orders submitted after 4pm will be processed the following work day.

5. Tracking Order

Propstation insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. This is to insure the safe arrival of your order.
- All deliveries must be signed for. You will not have the option to opt out of signature confirmation.
- All goods you order are insured against damage or theft from the pick-up at our premises until the delivery to the address provided.
7. Free Delivery Reattempts
- No one at home? No worries - we provide up to 3 delivery attempts to ensure your parcels arrive safely in your the hands.
8. Received Item(s)
- Incorrect Item:
- Do let us know immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Order Number and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
- Missing Item:
- Oh no! But not to worry! Send an email to email@example.com with your Order Number and we’ll have it shipped out to you as soon as possible.
9. Important Information
- Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods.
- We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
- While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.
