Placed your order but realize you need to make some amendments to your order? Please take note that not all order(s) can be cancel, modify or eligible for refund. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. For more informations refer to our Return Policy.
1. Cancel or Change An Order
Unfortunately, the following changes and cancellations are no longer possible once you have completed checkout:

Promotion or discount application
1.2 Cancel Order
Items cannot be canceled if order status have been fulfilled.
Items cannot be canceled if they have already been processed for shipping or delivery.
Note: We recommend cancelling your order before proceeding to place a new order with the correct details.
1.3 Change Delivery Address
If you realized that you've made a mistake with your address, you can change/edit within the same day you made the order or the order has not been fulfilled. After which, you won't be able to make any changes.
Unfortunately not all order or cancel order are eligible for refund or full refund. We apologies if your order item(s) or our online services does not satisfy you. Do sent us your feedback on the area that we can improve.

4.1 Refund Situations
When ordered items aren't available or out-of-stock(s).
When cancelling order within the timeframe.
When receiving an faulty item(s) or don’t match the description stated.
When shipping and delivery timeframe took longer then stated.
When order found or was fraudulent.
5. Receiving Refund & Refund Timeframe
All refund funds will be credited to the original payment method made upon checkout.
A refund will usually takes 3 to 7 working days to be credited to your card.
The Total Funds to be refunded will depends on the order status and policy.
The Handling Costs will not be refunded for any order(s).
6. Refunded Funds
6.1 Cancel Order Refund
Cancellations made within the same day of order purchased will be 100% fully refunded (excluding non-refundable handling costs).
Cancellations made after 1 day or more and order status has not been fulfilled Credit/Debit Card rate charges will be deducted from the Total Order.
100% fully refunded for ordered item(s) out-of-stocks, shipping and delivery timeframe longer then stated and order found or was fraudulent. (including non-refundable handling costs).
For order that has been fulfilled and shipped: Credit/Debit Card and Shipping and Delivery rate charges will be deducted from the Order Total.
