Unfortunately, the following changes are no longer possible once you have completed checkout. However, we recommend cancelling your order before proceeding to place a new order with the correct details.
You've just placed an order but realise you've made a mistake with your address. If it's within the hour, please contact our hotline via What's App and we might be able to tweak your order for you.
If your order status is "Awaiting For Pickup" we will not be able to make any changes to the delivery address.
If your order has yet to be processed and you changed your mind, please Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to request for order cancellation.
Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we will not accommodate to any cancellation requests. You can view your order status of your order by going to "Order Status & Tracking".
