1. Where Do We Deliver To?
We deliver to orders within Singapore only. All orders will be delivered to either your home or an alternative address stated during checkout. In checkout you can change the delivery address or add a new address.

3. What's The Delivery Time Frame?
We aims to deliver your items in the fastest time possible! As an item may be sourced from different places and handling time of 2 - 5 days, delivery times may vary. You can check on the item Shipping and Delivery Time details on the item product page 'Details Tab'.
Do contact us if you have not received your order confirmation email within 3 days, your order shipping confirmation email within 7 days or your order is not delivered within 21 days.

4. What's Our Shipping & Delivery Process?
All delivery process will take place between Monday to Friday within normal business hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Cut-off timing for processing delivery of daily orders is set at 4pm. New orders submitted after 4pm will be processed the following working day.
5. How If I Missed The Delivery?
If you missed to received your item during the first delivery attempt at your doorstep, your order will be deposited into your letterbox.
6. What Should I Do If I Received An Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s)?
Do let us know immediately via email at email@example.com along with your Order Number and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
